Robert W. Pawlak
Acting President
Robert Pawlak has been Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 1998, Secretary of the Company since June 1997 and Controller of the Company since October 1996.  Mr. Pawlak held various accounting positions for GCI since March 1994.

Ted Williams
Operations Manager
Ted is responsible for manufacturing, order fulfillment and quality Control. Ted has over 25 years of experience in batch process manufacturing, fine paint line management, and quality control.  Among his many achievements, Ted successfully directed the Company's move to its new Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facility in the summer of 2006.

David Stanley
Research & Development Manager
David is a Professional Chemical Engineer who brings over 15 years of high performance epoxy formulation experience to his role as Cohesant Materials' Research & Development Manager. David is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's product lines.
